Farm houses launched near Bangalore

Chandigarh based immigration company, World Wide Immigration and Consultancy Service (WWICS) has unveiled its latest 800 acres agro farms project, Imperial Farms and Orchards in Bangalore.

Imperial Farms and Orchards project is conceptualized on a successful model wherein buyers can carry out farming on their own or outsource it through WWICS Estates’ Farms Management Team.

The project is spread over 800 acres land and has location advantage as it is around 30 kilometers away from the NH-7 on Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway near Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. The project promises a return of 8 percent per annum in form of agricultural income.

Fully-developed farms with plantations of many varieties of fruit bearing trees and seasonal crops will be made available. The area has excellent weather conditions and independent tube well facilities will be provided at each farm round the clock. Also there is a provision of drip irrigation water system for all the plantations.

According to Lt Col B.S. Sandhu, Chairman and Managing Director of WWICS, the cost works out to be Rs 4 lakh per acre for minimum 25 acre land. Booking amount is 5 lakh and 25 percent amount will have to be paid in 15 days of booking (including booking amount). Next 25 percent will have to be paid in 45 days of booking, while the balance 50 percent within 120 days at the time of registration. All government charges will be extra.

“We will market it in Punjab and Chandigarh because due to increase in value of land and decrease in land holding, buying a new land and opting for farming is becoming unviable in Punjab. But in the proposed project the cost of land is cheaper and the soil is highly productive enabling one to cultivate two crops at a time,” he added.

Parvinder Sandhu, Senior Director, WWICS Group said the project has location advantage as it is just around 30 kilometers away from the NH 7 on Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway near Anantapur or Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh. It’s an hour and a half drive from Bangalore International Airport.
